Anne François

Anne François was a Belgian film director and author, born in 1958 and who died in 2006.
After studying at INSAS and obtaining a degree in Romance philology, she worked as a literary broadcaster for RTBF.
Her first book is about the experience of Hodgkin's disease, the second about a mother's love for her autistic daughter.
Anne François has also written short stories and was a member of the Rossel jury.
Her 1991 novel Nu-Tête won the Victor Rossel and NCR awards. In 1995, Ce que l'image ne dit pas won the Marguerite Van de Wiele prize.
